When you are at university the most important and personal aspect is your room. Having to be in the same space constantly means you need to make it your home away from home and with many people starting or going back to university this post seemed natural.
(FYI I'm a third year fashion student). I also see my room as a place of zen (most of the time), a place where stress is left at the door. To be honest this is all wishful thinking, my room is one of two things: either a stress pot with design pages sprawled all over my bed and heaps of FABRIC everywhere and the other hand it can be quite cute and cosy. The sort of feeling you get when its raining outside and you feel all warm inside.
I'm actually in the process of de-cluttering my room, it's not easy for me because I am a bit of a hoarder of...everything! Hence I've added this cute storage holder from H&M (I'm actually really loving H&M's new home ware range definitely will make your room all stylish and homey). It's also a great feeling to have a room that smells nice, I always have incense burning in my room, these incense holders are so adorable, a lovely novelty edition to any room.
