WHAT CHRISTMAS MEANS TO ME

As a young kid, Christmas was everything the magic was alive every year. I used to love every christmas decoration, cards I would receive a for my primary school mates. I have a fond memory of the christmas presents we used to receive; I remember my auntie used to buy all the kids presents in bulk. 

I DIDN'T WANT TO BE BLACK

I grew up very multicultural town in South London called Croydon. Now people can say what they want about croydon and they do! (SHOUTOUT TO MY CROYDON MASSIVE!!). 

BLACK HISTORY MONTH was an event that thankfully during early school that we celebrated, however through the years it has disappeared from media, which fucking is pretty disgraceful. To be honest we should be celebrate black cultural every day.

LOSING FAITH

I love the level of escapism that blogging gives me, I can dress up (or down) and play whoever I want, in the same breath it is somewhere where I can truly say what I feel and there is no other place like it.  

I really want to believe there is hope for us all. But I'm losing faith. 

Back the reason why I am cheerful in this blog post (also the small reason that it photographs better - you don't go around seeing advertisements of miserable faces). With the lovely season of Autumn here there is nothing better than a trip to my second home PRIMARK to find a little black number. This dress is versatile for seasons to come, a black lace dress never goes out of fashion. What I adore about this dress is the higher neck and frilly sleeves. Thirdly, it can also be worn as a last-minute halloween costume. A black lip, sleeked back hair and hey you are Wednesday! 

Not to dim the light on the stunner that is this dress. We have to talk about these boots! You all know that I'm a 'shoe girl' and I wear my crown with pride. These boots cover multiple trends for AW17 season: vinyl (patent) finish, block angled chunky heel and hoop detailing! They are super comfy with a pair of leggings for a laid back look. Or a lace dress with black lip combo and you ready to go out OUT! FYI black lips are definitely my thing right now.

Trying to find online stores that are affordable yet good quality. Is something that I have been hunting for all week long. As for the quality side of things, I can only judge this on visuals.

Which is self-explanatory, however the online fashion store built up of end of line products that can then be sold for for the beautiful price of £5! No seriously everything on the website in £5. 

LITTLE BLACK BAG

I was already to pay triple amount for a lovely black bag, which I needed of the festive period. I told myself just to have a cheeky little look in PRIMARK before I make my final decision and low and behold I bought this cute bag.

What a year to reflect on. So much has happened this year and I ended it feeling like an adult (yeah 4 years too late). I had a look back at my end of year post for 2015, where I made a list of goals that I wanted achieve and how crazy is this..I actually completed most of them.
